Break One Out, the first ever community game to receive the 3/3 Sex Rating from Microsoft, has been released on Xbox Live Marketplace.

The game is an Arkanoid clone where you have to use a ball to smash the blocks, revealing… pictures of scantily clad ladies writhing around on a bed! Of course.
