Virtual Boy is 15 years old this year so let’s have a look back at why this system bombed.

In the 90’s Nintendo and Sega where locked in a battle on many fronts and Nintendo was coming out better, SNES was beating the Genesis/Mega Drive, Sega’s Game Gear couldn’t possibly compete with the classic Game Boy and Atari Lynx was shamed into defeat. Nintendo was on top of the world but the Playstation was just around the corner and Sega was coming up with its own CD based console.
