I am a huge critic of Dead Space. From ripping the demo to shreds because I hated it so much, to shoving my words down my throat from playing the full game and actually enjoying it. Not just enjoying it, but putting it in my top 5 games I’ve ever played. Why did I like it so much? Because I enjoy horror games. I enjoy not knowing what’s behind the next long and dark hallway. I enjoy getting scared, freaked out and hell, if I scream like a 12 year old school girl like I did with Resident Evil with that damn dog jumping through the window, then even better. Games like Silent Hill, Condemned, F.E.A.R. and Dead Space all have their own unique scares, chills and thrills that remind me what makes video games so special. Read more
