Each year, the summer gaming seasons brings with it few certainties. Gamers can expect from late June to late August to have little to no new games, and such is the way it’s always been. For sports gamers however, the summer months mark the start of the season, so to speak, with NCAA Football traditionally kicking things off in early July. In years past, NCAA has by and large been a stop gap to fill the time until Madden’s release and again, such is the way it’s always been. Last year, things started to turn around in our opinion as NCAA Football 2011 was the superior product to Madden and alas it seemed as though the student had surpassed the teacher. And while this year’s Madden hasn’t been released as of the time of this writing, we feel safe in saying that NCAA Football 2012 may just be the team to beat again this year. Read more
