While this year has been wildly successful for the Halo franchise (mostly due to Reach…well…completely due to Reach) it’s not winding down as a good one for Halo Wars fans. In a statement released last week, Microsoft made it official that the game will be losing all stat tracking and leaderboards as of December 15th. The Halowars.com website will no longer be operational, including all of the forums. The move is being made in anticipation of moving all content to the Halo Waypoint site, yet Halo Wars will not have a dedicated space there. Read more
