The gaming industry, expecially in the west, is a pretty chaste affair. Games that includes scenes of sex or actual nudity are quite rare and more often than not such elements are toned down as much as possible, even when present.
Even Rockstar, that with the Grand Theft Auto series acquired the image of the “bad boys” of the gaming industry, steers quite clear of actual sexual themes in their games, placing some (often quite clumsy, like the “sex” scenes in GTA4) hint here and there, but nothing really explicit. Read more
