Penny Arcade and MCCA (Massachusetts Convention Center Authority) have announced PAX East will stay at the MCC for the next ten years up until 2023. The new deal will mean the Massachusetts Digital Games Institute (MassDiGI) will get $325,000 each year the convention is held as part of the new deal to promote the industry’s academic studies in Boston. Penny Arcade said it hopes to have 100,000 attendants in each event over the next decade.
