It has been announced that today both Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 will be released on October 7th of this year. Nintendo released the much awaited announcement earlier today. These games will be available for and of the Nintendo DS models as well as the Nintendo 3DS. Although the game is said to not support the 3D capabilities for 3DS users plus the Dream Radar will be tied-in to the games.
The stories of both Pokémon Black Version 2 and White Version 2 will take place two years after the events of the first games. They will include new areas, more Pokémon and a new contest arena in the form of a movie studio. So along with the normal battle sequences you and your Pokémon usually take part in now they can also star in movies! Not that it is the hugest portion of the game but the movie studio is a way to bond with your Pokémon by choosing scripts and showing off your favorite moves in front of an audience.
The Pokémon Dream Radar will also be available in the Nintendo eShop. Although no cost has been announced for this feature it will be a must for large Pokémon fans because playing in this mode will allow players to catch different Pokémon!
