This week’s US PlayStation Store update brings with it a couple of new sports applications, a revived classic, another two classics in bundled form and some interesting demos.
The biggest new addition this week is Choplifter HD, inXile’s take on a much loved IP. The other big ticket is Final fantasy Origins, collecting the first two games together and providing you with what may be your nine thousandth opportunity to buy them.
We’re building to a massive release season, so demos are hot property. Final fantasy XIII-2 is on the store, along with Asura’s Wrath. You should probably take a peek at Grand Slam Tennis 2 and Wanted Corp, too.
On the DLC side, the most exciting addition is a number of EA bundles – buy in bulk and save. The publisher also seems to be hoplding a general sale nad has made some price adjustments to boot.
There’s also a new episode of Qore; a preview reveals coverage of Twsited Metal, SSX, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, and more.
Finally, SEC Network and XOS Sports apps have been added, allowing you to watch college sports for free.
