“It feels like we’ve really captured the magic of the movies”
One of the most promising games of the year is without a doubt “Ghostbusters: The Vidogame”. The PS3 and 360 version of the game is being made by Terminal Reality. We spoke to Studio Director John O’Keefe.
VGC: Before we go talk about “Ghostbusters: The Videogame” could you tell us about the recent news that Sony bought the publishing rights for the game in the PAL region which means that all non-Sony versions of the game will be delayed. How do you feel about it and what implications does it have for Terminal reality?
TR: We were not involved in that, so you’ll need to ask Atari about the details of the deal and what factors contributed to that decision being made. Terminal Reality just wants as many people to be able to play the game as possible. We worked extremely hard over these last three years to create an authentic Ghostbusters experience that’s a blast to play. Our hearts go out to the European console owners that have to wait several more months to get their chance to play the game. Read more
