Tell us what you think of all the Modern Warfare 2 Glitches that have plagued the game since its launch. Are Infinity Ward doing a good job dealing with them or should they step it up.

No, I have never encountered anyone hacking, or any glitches in the game, I guess i am just one of the lucky ones. However I do know people who have fought with hackers, and they seem extremely annoyed.

I run and admin a strong gaming community and we are a mature , non-boosting and non-glitching community ... and to see such a series go down hill as COD has in the last week is upsetting to all of us especially after all the hype and IW cocky attitude towards a public beta. Tons of glitching , tons of boosting and Hacks now .. Fix the game we all paid to play

Glitches ruining the game

These glitches seriously need fixed and quick! I mean the javelin glitch was just awful. It seemed like before they fixed it, every match I would get into had some idiot running around with a javelin getting cheap kills. I never did see too much of the care package glitch, but when it did happen it was the absolute worst. I mean come on, a team with infinite kill steaks is just unfair. Now when my buddy and I get on to play, we go to ground war so we can party chat (infinity ward should also fix the party chat/game chat thing. I don't want to listen to someone's static music, little kids whining, or cocky players who think there so awesome.) Back to the point at hand: When my buddy and I go to ground war we ended up playing a free-for-all match with 18 players, and then a 3rd person cage with 18 players! WTF!! Then somehow we ended up in a private match where we couldn't even vote on maps! This is seriously messed up right now. I didn't pay $60 to play a broken game. Infinity Ward NEEDS to fix this game before it loses a lot of players because of stupid glitches.

I don't like the horrible dance music people blare the entire time either or the 5 year olds, but you can just hit select(PS3) go to their name and press X(PS3), A(I think?) for 360, and it mutes them.

How I've been effected

I'm part of website of gamers called D2FGC.com and we've had to change our entire strategy because of the javelin glitch and a few others. In my opinion Modern Warfare 2 lost the Game of The Year at the Video Game Awards to Uncharted 2 because of the glitching problem. Microsoft and Infinity Ward needs to come up harsher punishments for people who cheat during multiplayer.

hackers & glitchers Suck!!

Wow first it was the javelin Glitchers, now there's at least 1 hacker on every server I join for the PC version, either advertising his hacks or proudly displaying them so the rounds don't last longer then a minute and every1's nuked. Needs to be some ingame way to report/kick the offending users.. also talk about glitches.. there was a week long period where I couldn't join up with any friends on steam, not to mention Steam Blue Screened my computer launching MW2 when it first came out, it finally connected but wouldn;t work with steam cloud.. uninstalled steam which fixed the problem.. but had to install all my steam games again..problems seem to have settled because It hasn't happened in over a week.
