Sony’s upcoming multiplayer fighting brawler is going back to the shop for a few touch ups, as Sony’s confirmed that PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will be delayed until November. Originally, the collaboration between SuperBot Entertainment and Sony Santa Monica Studios was slated for an October release date across all regions.
Here’s the new release schedule for the game, which Sony says will be “will be well worth the wait” for fans:
- North America – November 20, 2012
- Europe – November 21, 2012
- Australia – November 22, 2012
- UK – November 23, 2012
Sony and SuperBot’s road with PlayStation All-Stars has been an interesting path, with various leaks coming from early builds of the game due to sneaky QA testers. Sony also recruited former Capcom community lead Seth Killian to advise on the game’s development and administration to the tournament scene.
