Catching up to the PC. Patch 1.9 was released for the PC version of Skyrim last month, and finally today Xbox 360 and PS3 owners should start to receive the update, which includes a new difficulty, a skill level cap reset feature and a long list of bug fixes. You can read the complete patch notes below. NEW FEATURES Legendary difficulty setting Legendary Skills – Skills of 100 can be made Legendary. This will reset the skill to 15, return its Perks and allow the skill to affect leveling again.
